Yearly in Sutherland they have competitions like in Sports, Dancing, Beauty Pageant (Female, Male and LGBTQ), Singing. They recognize and award program that was able to meet their goal and did a good performance.

This company's sucks! They don't even care about their employees. They implemented a mandatory OT. They don't even bother to ask their employees if they want to render a freaking OT. The salary is very poor and the working hours is very long. The only thing that matters to them is money. Waste of time. I don't recommend this company. 👎
This is my first job as a customer service representative on phone calls transaction. We are dealing with US based clients calling about their prepaid accounts, checking balance, transaction, card activation etc. and my juty is to help them through with the process. Good. I had a good time in Sutherland, a lot of office politics and scandal but overall I had a nice experience with my Colleagues and fun memories. MY MAnager is Strict and moody but I loved him, like a Father figure but wouldn't hesitate to give me a written warning if I'm a bad employee.
Inbound customer service who handles UK Customers and serves for Ebay Account. We used to have a lot of customers to handle but there are such attainments that wasn't able to met and lot of disputes in terms of salary.
Higher ups are friendly. Team Managers/leaders are another story most of them are nice but there are some who carries the title but does not do the work.Agents are tasks to do supervisor chats which the agents do half-heartedly at times.Getting a bad survey is a no-no even if you followed the process IT IS STILL YOUR FAULT. Once, a TM was so angry the keyboard sufferred!
Its Good that i Work at Sutherland But the thing is The salary is roo low and that why ill find another job .. I want to help my self my skills .. i want to work at the sutherland but the salary is too low
