Slow process of application depende on the manager, human resource in Sb is just an accesories. The store manager of a specific branch do the interview and decision. Also for the clearance the Store manager have to do it and also the exit interview

In my case, I was interviewed on site because I applied also on the site.

It was a very friendly interview that I really felt the passion and friendly way of being interviewed by the store manager and district manager.
