I feel always feel proud and optimistic whenever someone asked me about my work experience with IBM. It's a conversation that I have a lot to tell and share. :)
What interview questions do they ask at IBM Global Process Services Philippines?
How can you be an asset to the company if hired? How do you connect a dvd player to a television? etc
I am happy with my overall experience from the day I applied until the day I left the company. Human resource team did well in hiring people which contributes to improving the overall operation of the company.
IBM is a steady matrix organization that makes a steady profit year in and out, around $100B. Cloud and supercomputers are it's current stronghold, but it has a lot of researchers*. The bulk of IBM exists to exploit any opportunity to turn a profit so it's research can stay ahead of The Game, the best reward of working here would be to find what you loved was something they wanted to invest in! Proof of this statement is the divestiture of Lenovo there IBM 'bento' box computer because it's not a big enough profit margin.
Fair enough. Overtime occurs depending on the nature of the business (or clients' nature of business) but are compensated at some level by IBM.
