Majority of the employees are project based, with contracts co-terminates with his current project. If project is shortened, your employment is also shortened and similarly when the project is extended your employment is also extended. However, the company provides a lot of co-curricular activities to promote the employees' work-life balance including sports activities, socially relevant activities (e.g. Blood donation drive, book giving, etc.) and others, which are very good.
