Invigilator (Current Employee) – Manila – July 5, 2016
Unfortunately the existing organization management does not recognize the function of human resource as a whole. there is no value for employee relations except if the kind of personality you have is "patronize the one in the position".
those who are in the position just takes the credit of those who have tried achieving something for the company. appreciation is not practiced in this company.
productive and fun working place lke playing basketball.

the typical day of work in the company is natural teaching the students to right learnings, ive learned many thing like handling attitudes students ive learned how to deal with them, ive learned how to teach in a proper way, ive learned also how to speak british and american accent. when it comes to the management they are very friendly and always focus on everything the employees and also students. the hardest part in that company is when you have a slow learner students you need to do your best and used diff teaching style to handle them. i enjoy the most about the people it is because they are very friendly, approachable and most of all help each other.
Very nice people to work with for the Philippine Office
Senior Digital Project Manager (Current Employee) – Pasig, P00 – January 21, 2015
- I monitor and track Kanban and Scrum Boards to manage our developments for different types of work. - Putting in place our JIRA and Agile Process - Learned to be patient about a lot of regional and global politics - Co-workers are fantastic - Not seeing significant output on development as there are not much resources to work with - People are fantastic especially the Philippine British Council Office
A typical day is exciting and something to look forward to from setting-up the test venue, registering candidates through intricate Identification authorization management. Arriving at least 2 hrs. earlier prior to exam proper wearing prescribed business casual uniforms. And finally engaging candidates to start with exam proper.
I've learned to be patient every time dealing with each candidate coming from different backgrounds. I've learned to do tasks in administration and has improved much with my interpersonal skills.
I have great experiences every time assigned to manage candidates Identification process. I enjoy that part almost always being a technical person handling electronic devices.
Hardest part is to handle more than the regular volume of candidates say from the normal to double and at one time triple. That was hard but still fun enjoying the challenge.
The most enjoyable part is the time to evaluate and discuss successes on the job and sharing of learning with supervisor. Another enjoyable part are the training every start of fiscal year along with a celebration for post Christmas and New year events.
