International Travel Customer Care Specialist
(National Capital Reg)
Responsibilities:
Deals with queries and resolve complaints via e-mail coming from clients and business partners ( suppliers, affiliates, hotelier).
Liaise with the appropriate team to update website content.
Identify issue and provide resolution to prevent future complaints.
Has a strong grasp of the English language ( oral and written )
Works with minimal supervision.
Writing background would be a plus.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
