  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Deal with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in person, on the telephone or email.
  • Administer all reservations, cancellations and no shows in line with company policy
  • Assist all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
  • Checking guest out, preparing payments and taking payments
Requirements: · Must be college graduate, with Hotel management background is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in flexible and extended hours
  • Willing to undergo training
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Can speak Fluent English, Other foreign language is an advantage
  • Can handle multiple tasks
