- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no shows in line with company policy
- Assist all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety.
- Checking guest out, preparing payments and taking payments
- Must be willing to work in flexible and extended hours
- Willing to undergo training
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Computer literate
- Can speak Fluent English, Other foreign language is an advantage
- Can handle multiple tasks
