Human Resources Assistant
A graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resources Management.
Not over than 28 years old
Preferably single with pleasing personality.
With good communication and interpersonal skills.
At least a minimum of 1 year experience as HR Generalist
Basic knowledge in MS Word, Power Point and Excel
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Will assist the Human Resources Specialist and perform the following duties stated below:
Compensation and Benefits
Preparation, Processing and remittances of Government mandated Benefits ( SSS, Phil – Health and Pag –ibig )
Recruitment
Sourcing of qualified applicant’s through various recruitment resources
Provision of highly qualified and competent candidates
Preparation of applicant’s psychological profile
Calling of applicants and Scheduling of interview
Conduct of initial interview
On-time deployment (assures the completion pre-employment requirements)
Training
Conduct of orientation to newly hired employees. (Company profile, Policies and procedures and code of conduct)
Coordinating
Coordinates with the monthly birthday celebration of employees Christmas party outing and other special activities.
