CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for the following accounts:
Credit Card Sales and Activation
At least 2 years of college education from any field of study
Upselling experience an advantage
Willingness to do sales
Fluency in the English language
Basic computer and internet navigation
Availability to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in Makati City
Investment and Banking
Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
Be comfortable with academic-inclined tasks
Excellent English skills - oral and written
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office applications
Accounting and Financial background - an advantage but not required
Willing to work in Makati City
Insurance
Completed 2nd year college level
Can converse well in English
Can operate MS Applications and navigate the web
Willing to work on shifting/graveyard schedules and be assigned in Makati CIty
Sales experience is preferred but not required
Finance
Completed at least 3 years of college education
Excellent English communication skills
At least 6 months of call center experience (preferred but not required)
Familiar with the use of Microsoft Office Applications
Accounting, Brokerage and Financial background - an advantage but not required
Willing to work in Makati City
Travel Account
Completed at least 2nd year college, preference will be given to those who are not currently enrolled
Sales background is an advantage but not required
Able to multi-task, good analytical skills and excellent listening skills
Experience in a travel support environment is an advantage
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a shifting schedule
