Senior/Technical Application Support Engineer - Night Shift (Manila)
(National Capital Reg - Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Job description / duties:
Provide technical support to clients via conference call and email
Assist clients in simulating reported application issues, resolving them or finding workaround solutions
Liaise with internal teams in handling day to day issues internally and globally
Perform database transactions requested by clients
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML & SQL is a must
Demonstrated ability to master new technologies and tools
Any experience in Java & web applications is a plus
Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
Java programming experience is an advantage
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center,Pasig City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
