Responsibilities:
Integrate Company’s complex technical concept and guidelines related to HR system access authorization

• Support assignment of roles to all HR users and employees worldwide according to strict approval guidelines and internal process in place
• Ensure 100% accuracy and achievement of SLA related to authorization
• Propose improvements in authorization concept and processes in place.
• Support Global authorization team in ongoing projects.
• Requirements:

University degree in Computer Sciences

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in a SAP HR consultancy role in a international environment
• Experienced in SAP HR authorization and Project Coordination
• Advanced level of English written and verbal
• Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with a minor need of guidance
