- Operates telephone console to receive incoming messages politely by obtaining caller' name and arranges for appointment or transfers the call to the person called upon.
- Notifies all department or authorized representatives to fill up the Supplies Request Form on a monthly basis through email to insure that all employees would have sufficient office supplies within the covered period.
- Inspects deliveries of office supplies purchased for accuracy of amount, quantity and quality of items prior to acceptance.
- Issues Property Acknowledgement Receipt to equipment issued to not only to all newly-hired but to all employees such as locker key, headset, proximity card and amplifiers to insure that company property have been duly received and accounted for.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
