URGENT HIRING: Receptionist/Inventory & Logistics Associate

Operates telephone console to receive incoming messages politely by obtaining caller' name and arranges for appointment or transfers the call to the person called upon.
Notifies all department or authorized representatives to fill up the Supplies Request Form on a monthly basis through email to insure that all employees would have sufficient office supplies within the covered period.
Inspects deliveries of office supplies purchased for accuracy of amount, quantity and quality of items prior to acceptance.
Issues Property Acknowledgement Receipt to equipment issued to not only to all newly-hired but to all employees such as locker key, headset, proximity card and amplifiers to insure that company property have been duly received and accounted for.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
