JOB DESCRIPTION:
Recruiting and staffing logistics;
Employee orientation, development and training and recordkeeping;
Assisting with employee relations;
Compensation and benefits administration and timekeeping;
Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system;
Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
Ensures to implement all HRD programs and procedures as stated in the guidelines developed and approved by Head Office and shall be directly reporting to the HRD Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS Behavioral Science, BS Psychology or any related course.
With at least 1 year experience in HR functions.
Proven ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion.
Ability to deal with individuals at senior level, exercising diplomacy and good judgment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and cope with changing priorities
A proactive, highly-service oriented, and client-centric attitude
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies and business processes
Able to work independently with minimum supervision, cope with pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to work in Ortigas
