HR Account Manager for South Luzon
Based in Sky Sta Rosa office, the HR Account Manager will be responsible for implementing and coordinating HR activities and programs for South Luzon such as those pertaining to employee wellness and industrial relations, performance management, organizational development, recruitment and retention, and compensation management.
The ideal candidate must have a strong generalist background with at least 5 years experience as HR Manager in a unionized environment. Must have undergone relevant training or certification courses in labor relations, compensation management, recruitment, and organization development. Must possess the required maturity and flexibility to carry out a business partnering role -- a strategic business partner who is at the same time an employee advocate, an administrative expert who can also champion organizational change.
