Analyze operational statistics and make recommendations on how to improve processes. Identify key trends in performance and develop new tools and/or reports to facilitate the management of information and provide recommendation to all levels of management internally and to the client. Develop new reports both proactively and in response to client request in order to improve operational efficiencies.

Requirements:

• SSS ffsSStrong command in English communication both oral and written
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Strong background in reporting
• Proven ability to work well with various levels of management
• Understand multiple business areas including Workforce and Operations
• Should be flexible and willing to work long hours
