Assist in providing solutions to employee grievances.
Ensure that the Company policies and procedures on discipline are followed by employees and take appropriate action for those who violate it.
Process, monitor and keep tract of disciplinary actions.
Review and verify the legitimacy of employee’s complaints.
Provide counselling to employees when required.
Attends to employee’s complaints and grievances.
Conducts infraction hearing to institute accurate resolution to all employee infractions.
Attend to employee’s separation and ensure that the required documents are completed before giving clearance and prior to the releasing of the employee’s last pay.
Assist in planning and implementation of company sponsored activities.
Plan, promote and monitor the execution of HR events and social activities.
Oversee management & monitoring of employee uniforms (shoes & slippers) and locker assignments.
Attend to employee’s needs pertaining in shuttle services, canteen and locker.
Handle H.R. special projects and other tasks that may be assigned to him/her by the superior from time to time.
