CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Major Tasks:
The position shall oversee the creative team to help develop the Agency’s creative product for various clients.
Creative Director also develop every aspect of an ad campaign based on the clients marketing plan, conceptualize those ideas for clients, assign projects to staff and verify the client’s deadlines are being met.
He/She must be able to effectively lead the team of creative individuals in bringing the best concept for all client’s advertising requirements using all the best practices available in the industry.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree/Masters in Mass Com/Marketing /Fine Arts, Journalism or equivalent.
Solid background in copywriting and /or concept design.
Must be willing to work long hours and travel is a part of the job.
Skillful in Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, and other programs normally used.
Familiarity with HTML, PHP and other Web related work.
Knowledge of each step of an Ad campaign process to give creative directions, work on schedule, budget and meet clients advertising expectations
More than 5 years of relevant experience
Has managed a team of highly creative and artistic individuals.
