As the Account FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager, responsible for the consolidation of the various businesses FPA reports and liaise with the Corporate FPA team on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual requirements. Champion the annual budgeting process and re-forecasting estimates. Liaise with Global FPA team and respective COE Finance Team for assigned business. This also includes preparing pricing analyses and recommendations and working with cross-functional team members like the Global pricing and COE Finance team or Operations team for potential businesses. The Site FPA Manager also supports the CFO in Business Development work; transitioning FPA work from new customer to stable/scalable independent shop; policy setting and implementing Site-wide and COE-Business-centric finance policies. The Site FPA also ensures that exposures are hedged and that overall working capital requirements are met. Also concurrently the Business Finance Leader / Controller for Collections, this requires working with the Operations Team and the SDL for the Collections shop, providing business finance support, especially in driving efficiency and the productivity commitments. The Collections Business Finance Leader is also responsible for business billing; managing Customer Accounts Receivables; and working with the customer on other financial requirements as agreed in the Master Service Agreement (MSA) / Statement of Work (SOW).
Demonstrate leadership and management skills with the accounting team who provide the platform for reporting support and COE-assigned FPA Managers.

Job Qualifications College Graduate required CPA preferred MBA/MBA units preferred At least 5 years relevant managerial experience. BPO experience is preferrred
