Admin / Accountant / Personal Assistant / Human Resources

This is a varied role which involves elements of admin, accounting, human resources & personal assistant.
Admin portion of the work involves ensuring all documentation & processes are organised within the company
Accounting portion of the work involves the handling of all things financial, including but not limited to reporting
Personal Assistant portion is ensuring that any important personal matters of the co-founders is in order
Human Resources portion is focused on ensuring all staff are happy and that any related documentation is up to date
Major Areas of Responsibility
Major areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Keep financial records up to date & accurate
Ensure all bills are paid
Create monthly financial reports for management to review company performance
Ensure all employee benefits are in order
Help maintain company documentation
Ensure personal affairs of co-founders are in order
Keep a happy team, whether that means organising team building events or updating the employee handbook
Assistance with recruitment campaigns
Ensure a low employee turnover rate, due to a happy, fun working environment
Keep financials records accurate and up to date
Create, organise & maintain company documentation
Report on the financial status to both management & the team
Improve recruitment / training processes
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
Required skill(s): Human Resource Administration, Recruitment And Selection, Accounting Audit.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
