Requirements:
The Cadet Engineer reports directly to the VP Operations Manager and is responsible for the high quality of service, repairs and maintenance of container handling equipment to provide superior after sales service over the product lifetime, while generating a profitable business and significant reasons for customer’s repeat orders.
Profitable business shall include a wide range of service products such as preventive maintenance contracts breakdown repairs, supply of spare parts and accessories, lease purchase of old and new equipment and/or combination of the above
The Cadet Engineer directs the activities of the Field Service Technician assigned in the Vis/Min Area.
He works in close coordination with the Sales Director to satisfy customer’s requirements.
Likewise, he is responsible for the timely collection of receivables form customers resulting from his department’ sales efforts.
