Education Required:
Bachelor/College or Post Graduate Diploma/Masters Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Excellent organizational, collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Experience from an outsourcing company is required; experience in SEO & or IT outsourcing company is a plus.
Experience in developing and implementing HR best practices as an HR manager or an HR generalist.
Working knowledge and detailed understanding of labor laws.
Must portray proven leadership traits, rational and assertive in decision making, positive attitude, big picture perspective and sensitivity and warmth towards people.
