We have a 3-stage process in our Marketing Management Trainee Program - Stage 1: Sales and Marketing; Stage 2: Team Management; Stage 3: Branch Management
Every qualified individual who comes into the company is given an equal access to the continuous 48-hour training program, and personal mentoring provided by the top management. Training covers key areas such as Sales, Leadership, Management, and Personal Development; as well as exposure to the business through travelling nationally and on a global scale through regular travel trips to other APPCO countries within the region.
