APPCO Group is Asia’s leading expert in face-to-face sales and marketing. We provide a ‘one-stop turnkey’ solution to our international clients from five major industries: banking & finance, telecommunications, energy, insurance, and non-profit organizations/charities. Founded in Australia in 1988, APPCO now operates in 29 countries with over 850 offices run by the branch managers who have successfully gone through the Marketing Management Trainee Program.

The company's operations in the Philippines started in 2008, and we are now looking for individuals who are open to be trained and developed to head the expansion in the country. We currently have 4 branch offices. One Synergy, the newest subsidiary marketing office of Appco Group Philippines- is looking for individuals who aspire to enhance their individuality through extensive training and focused activities for personal and career development. We have a 3-stage process in our Marketing Management Trainee Program - Stage 1: Sales and Marketing; Stage 2: Team Management; Stage 3: Branch Management

Every qualified individual who comes into the company is given an equal access to the continuous 48-hour training program, and personal mentoring provided by the top management. Training covers key areas such as Sales, Leadership, Management, and Personal Development; as well as exposure to the business through travelling nationally and on a global scale through regular travel trips to other APPCO countries within the region.

Requirements:
» Graduate of any four year course; preferably a Business degree
» Experience in Sales, Training and Management is an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
» Must be highly self-motivated, articulate and open-minded
» Has initiative and possesses a student-like mentality
