Qualifications:
Candidate must have 3-4 years expat management experience from MNC / shared service with compensation background from MNC / shared service

Open to shifting (regular work hours & mid shift = 2pm-11 pm)

Knowledge in employee mobility /transfer management

Understands employee compensation and benefits

Understands the principle on government mandatory benefits

Able to understand policy and contract details

Able to operate using company’s systems and to`ols : Mercer, SAP, CRM is an advantage

Advanced knowledge in using MS Office applications

Understands the concept of relocation services and tax providers

Understand visa and immigration procedures

HR Project Management experience is an advantage

Preferably HR Managers of multinational companies

With background in dealing with expat and comp&ben

Can handle high pressure

Must have very good communication skills – can influence and negotiate
