The candidate will be reporting to the Channel Sales Manager and will be responsible for the following:
Prospecting and development of new accounts in the assigned territory to meet distribution objectives.
Creation of an account and territory plan to successfully deliver channel objectives.
Establish relationships with key customers in the area.
Working and coaching field personnel to achieve territory distribution, execution, activation objectives.
Submission of daily and weekly KPI reports to track performance in the assigned territory
The candidate must possess the following qualifications:
At least 2 years work experience in a fast moving consumer goods company, telco, or consumer electronics industry
Graduate of a 4-year course preferably in business management
A strong leader with experience in managing a team
Has excellent communication and presentation skills
Result oriented, organized and possesses a winning attitude
Fluent in english and tagalog
