It was quite hard and difficult yet, fun, challenging and knowledgeable environment. I learned how to deal with wide variety of people with different attitudes and personality. In terms of Management, I can say that they are handling their subordinates properly. Having a different culture in a workplace can affect the relationships between workers in terms of beliefs, however, this serves as stepping stone for me in order to be mature enough in understanding the people around me, earning respect from them in response with yours, is a sign of good communication. Good communication justify success.
